A: Depending upon customer schedule and needs we generally have a 2 week turn around.

Q: How do we proceed forward once we receive your proposal?
A: Sign and return one copy of the proposal to our office with a deposit. We will then contact you to schedule work.

A: Depending upon the scope of the work, it can be completed in 1-3 weeks (weather permitting).

Q: Can you bring samples?
A: Yes, and sometimes the samples can be left with the customer, depending upon which product is chosen.

A: Two year labor guarantee is standard for most replacements. Each product has its own material warranty and additional guarantees are available for purchase.
